Want to know more about German Shepherds?

According to the AKA (American Kennel Club) the German Shepherd is a courageous, confident and smart breed. Males are 24-26 inches tall and weigh in at 80-100 lbs. Females measure to be 22-24 inches tall and are 50-70 lbs on average.

The German Shepherd is an agile, muscular dog with a noble spirit and high intelligence. Generally regarded as the best all-purpose worker in the canine species, the German Shepherd is unquestionably a dog lover's dream dog. German Shepherds are among the most prestigious breeds of dogs for a variety of reasons, but experts agree that their most distinctive quality is their character, of loyalty, bravery, and confidence as well as the readiness to risk their lives to protect those they love.
